This Philadelphia String Quartet is comprised of professional, experienced, and dependable musicians. For almost 15 years, we have performed at weddings, corporate events, private dinners , and more . Our experience allows us to work individually with each client to ensure the success of our performance and of the event as a whole.
We play over 150 wedding ceremonies and wedding receptions each year. This means we have mastered the skills of timing , flexibility , and performance and we accommodate for a variety of wedding traditions and song requests . Our vast repertoire ranges from classical and traditional pieces to pop and jazz. If you don't see your favorite song listed in our repertoire , please request it and we will do our best to learn it for your event.

Many thanks to the String Poets for playing at our wedding. The music played a very important part in our wedding, as you know, and you performed the pieces just as I wanted them to be played! At one point I was swaying to the music(I think it was Vocalise) and my husband even noticed me doing it, just in the moment and enjoying everything about the day. I'm sorry I didn't get to meet you in person! I was running a bit late from the hairdresser and I just had to get upstairs and get dressed and be ready in 30 min. I wanted to follow up with you and let you know how pleased I was with the quartet that played at my garden wedding last weekend in Alexandria. They were all exceptional musicians and our guests really appreciated all of the beautiful music that was played prior, during and after the ceremony. The two songs that they accompanied my brother-in-law on (The Prayer and Exodus) were simply moving and emotional for all. My brother-in-law, who is a professional opera singer and who has sung in many venues around the world, was most impressed with the quartet. Bravo! I spoke briefly with Jose (thought it was you) and told him that I wanted to tip the four of them, but would work through you to do so. Please advise how I would do so. Radhi, I cannot thank you and your colleagues enough for the beautiful music at Sarah's wedding. When I had my final review with the owner, Mark Lynch, I urged him to add the String Poets to their list of preferred vendors -- so I hope he does follow through. From the first time I contacted Radhi Santos from String Poets, he was confident and enthusiastic about performing the ceremony and cocktail hour music for our wedding. He listened to what I wanted the atmosphere to be like, and suggested music to create the happy environment I wanted. Radhi was responsive, super professional, and the trio that played at the wedding sounded incredible. When I think back on my wedding day, one of the things I actually remember is the music String Poets was playing. It was nice not having to worry about this part of the wedding; completely worth it!
I just wanted to take the time to say thank you. You and your group did an amazing job at our wedding reception. The music was absolutely beautiful and I could not have asked for anything better. Your professionalism was amazing and we got so many compliments on you guys. My only regret is that I did not get the chance to thank you personally after the ceremony. You definitely made our ceremony more special and gave it that romantic touch we were looking for. Again, thank you so much. And we will definitely recommend your services in the future to those who are looking for a string quartet.
The String Poets did an amazing job providing all the music for our wedding, from ceremony processional and recessional to cocktail hour to reception! These musicians are amazing, incredibly professional, and their sound is amazing. They also have an incredible repertoire, and had all of the pieces we wanted for our Jewish ceremony. Radhi Santos, the contact for the String Poets, was fantastic to work with- he was always very approachable and dedicated to making sure that we got exactly the lovely string quartet music we wanted. All in all, fantastic!! I highly recommend them.
